Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve an apartment. The deposit is due at the time of application approval. It is paid electronically. The amount is equal to one months' rent amount.
Am I responsible for setting up utilities?
If a utility service is billed by the provider directly to the resident, in the resident's name, the resident is responsible for setting the utility up. This includes electricity and gas service.
